Orders are shipped from the U.S. to the address provided in your order. Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days after purchase

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We ship worldwide.

Once an item is shipped Eye Katching Pieces is not responsible for international custom fees or returned, lost, stolen, or damaged mail.

Please contact USPS if you believe your shipment has been lost. If an item is returned to our address for reasons out of our control, a second shipping cost should be paid by the customer in order to proceed with re-shipment.

Eye Katching Pieces is not responsible for any customs duties/import tax charges you may incur.
